Full House (풀하우스) was a 16-episode television drama that was aired in 2004 by the Korean Broadcasting System (KBS). It is based on the manhwa by Won Sooyeon. The drama tries to answer the question of whether a famous actor and an ordinary woman can come to love each other from a marriage agreed on paper.

Synopsis Edit

Song Hye Kyo plays Han Ji Eun, a woman who lives in a house called Full House. She aspires to be a script writer. One day, her two friends Dong Wook and Hee Jin swindle her out of everything she ows by sending her on a trip to China. While Ji Eun is in China, she meets the famous actor Lee Young Jae. When she realises that Dong Wook and Hee Jin didn't give her a ticket back to Korea, she borrows money from Young Jae. Upon coming back to Korea, she realises that her house has been sold to none other than Young Jae. In a desperate attempt to get everything she owns back, she enters into a contract marriage with Young Jae for six months. In spite of all the hardships that come their way, Ji Eun and Young Jae begin to care deeply for and rely on each other. But Kang Hye Won, Young Jae's first love, and Yoo Mun Hyuk, Ji Eun's publisher, stand in their way. Will Ji Eun and Young Jae ever be happy, or will they get a divorce in spite of their feelings for one another?
